How do I start my Spacebuddy?
Connect the included USB cable to a wall adapter or to a USB port on your computer.
Does it come with batteries for the remote control?
Unfortunately we cannot ship batteries due to shipping regulations. You will need to arrange 2 AAA batteries yourself.
Does it illuminate the entire room or just the ceiling?
Spacebuddy covers a large area if you place it a little way from the ceiling. Then the entire bedroom turns into a galaxy.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Once you have placed your order, our team will begin packing your Spacebuddy with care. Processing can take up to 72 hours. When your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. There will also be a link that makes it easy to track your order.
How do I track my order?
In your delivery confirmation there is a button called Track Order. Click on it to see where your package is. If you have not received a confirmation yet, it means that your order is still being processed.
My order seems to have disappeared.
If the tracking number does not update immediately, please be patient. If you have not received your Spacebuddy within 30 days, please contact us and we will resolve it for you.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, as long as the package has not already been shipped, we can change the address. Please contact us with your new details and we will update the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, even though Spacebuddy started in Sweden, today we ship worldwide.
